| Age | U17 Angels Softball is for players born in 2007 or 2008 Note - team likely to be combined with U19 based on roster numbers/coach availability and over-all # of teams in the league. |
| Games/Practices | Games on Tue/Thur and practices on alternate day(s) as determined by coach. Games start at 7:00 pm. U17 teams travel to neighbouring towns like Winkler/Morden/Morris and some more distant such as Portage or Glenboro depending on number of teams in Tiger Hills Softball League. Typical season runs AFTER high school softball is done - meaning late May to early July. Playoffs may be tournament or play-down style into mid July. Other tournament(s) as decided by individual team/coach. Pre-season practices may be arranged as indoor or outdoor as conditions/facilities allow. |

| What to bring | Helmet with cage, ball glove, cleats, black softball pants, royal blue softball socks, hat, water bottle |
| What is provided | 1 Jersey (to be returned post season), bats, balls, bases, other training equipment (1 x Angels hat will be provided for first-time Angels players) |
| Parent involvement? | Parent(s) are asked to volunteer for role of Team Manager. Other parent responsibilities could include chalking the diamond, score-keeping, raking diamonds after games, or other duties as assigned by coach and manager. |
